Job Title: Community Relations Coordinator 

Department: Property Management 

Reports to: Community Relations Specialist 

Status: Full Time / Non-Exempt, Hourly 

Job Summary: 

Camillo Companies is actively seeking a Resident Relations Coordinator. They must be able to communicate diplomatically and manage escalated situations in a delicate manner. This person will process Homeowners Association (HOA) letters, fines, communications, etc. while maintaining accurate records. This customer focused professional will play a crucial role in enhancing resident satisfaction while building and maintaining positive relationships. This person will report directly to the Community Relations Specialist. The ideal candidate will enjoy a wide range of administrative and support-related tasks while being able to work independently. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with residents via phone and email to address inquiries, concerns, and provide necessary information and notate accounts accordingly. 

  • Process, schedule and track annual rental registrations and inspections. 

  • Facilitate property appraisals for bank loans. 

  • Maintain contact list of current HOA’s, annual assessments and vendors. 

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support the department and role. 

  • Issue and track pool passes and waivers. 

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents. 

  • Perform additional duties as directed. 

  • Able to work independently, as well as collaborate with team to accomplish projects.  

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele. 

  • Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. 

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills. 

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization. 

  • Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

  •  Spanish speaker preferred 

Education and Experience: 

  • Agility in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)  

  • Experience using Quickbase, Propertyware, Entrata a Plus 

  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • Previous experience working with a Homeowners Association
