The Commercial Receiving Inventory Technician will be responsible for both commercial and warehouse Receiving and Inventory. Also assists their supervisor in monitoring, documenting, identifying, and correcting daily issues, both internally and interdepartmentally that relate to the department’s inventory, receiving, picking, and shipping functions. This technician will have access to the various inventory and warehouse management systems to identify and fix these issues. The Commercial Receiving Inventory Technician accomplishes these tasks through working with Wedgewood and Blue Rabbit management teams and all other staff employees in fulfilling the responsibilities and duties.

- The hours for this position are Mon-Fri 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in analyzing and documenting inventory control systems for commercial and warehouse departments.
- Communicate with Ops Supervisors, Customer Care, and Pharmacist staff.
- Track and resolve commercial inventory and open orders to minimize future issues.
- Maintain production, quality control, and order documentation systems.
- Provide feedback to improve order processing, inventory control, quality, and safety.
- Train new staff in policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory, reorder points, and stock supplies.
- Verify, track, and manage incoming inventory and reorder reports.
- Ensure FIFO stock rotation, manage expired items, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Identify, document, and resolve inventory issues.
- Support order fulfillment, problem resolution, and workflow optimization.
- Assist in receiving and putting away stock while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company policies.
Who You Are:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., operate a pallet jack, and work with various chemicals (PPE provided).
What You’ve Done:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of inventory control and receiving experience.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Must register as a pharmacy technician in New Jersey.
