CIBH is seeking a Clinician II in our clubhouse day program to assist in providing psychosocial rehabilitation; recovery educational, employment, social and community integration activities to individuals living with serious and persistent mental illness.

Typical tasks of a Clinician II are:

• Provides psychosocial rehabilitation including educational, social, and community integration activities.
• Assists individuals in creating and updating treatment plans, completes daily progress notes based on goals in the treatment plan, collaboratively when possible.
• The Clinician II also assesses problems in the individual's life domains posing barriers to recovery.
• Assisting and linking individuals to community resources to meet basic needs.
• Provide support to a satellite work training program within the community.
• Attends staff meetings to exchange information; attends professional seminars or conferences to improve professional skills.
• The Clinician II will complete documentation in accordance with program policies and procedures, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with transporting individuals participating in the clubhouse day program to and from program, including community outings and events.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
