About the Role:
As a Client Manager, you will:
Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring seamless day-to-day maintenance and high client satisfaction.
Drive client onboarding, getting them transaction-ready efficiently while meeting SLAs on turnaround times and quality.
Collaborate with Global Account Managers (GAMs) and internal stakeholders to deliver superior client outcomes.
Act as a service partner, streamlining processes and implementing scalable solutions for differentiated service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build trust and provide account management support for FI clients, including handling complex client needs and resolving escalations.
- Offer guidance on documentation requirements, credit monitoring, and account maintenance activities.
2. Operational Excellence:
- Accelerate the shift to digital by aligning digital solutions with client preferences.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and process consistency to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain portfolio hygiene, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
3. Risk Management Governance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards, proactively addressing risks.
- Maintain audit preparedness, delivering a zero-error performance in reviews.
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and diverse internal stakeholders
- Expertise in understanding client needs, operational processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality service and driving operational excellence.
- Knowledge of CDD policies, credit documentation, and local regulatory standards.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Relevant certifications in Risk AML as per Bank policy.
- Knowledge and experience in relevant processes managed by the Client Management team
- Sound knowledge of local regulations (CDD, credit and lending, risk management)
- Superior writing and presentation skills in English

Expected annual base pay range for the role is 93,960 USD to 156,600 USD. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package.
