Job Summary

Certified under the Terminix Way program as a licensed and experienced route technician and trainer focused on pest, termite, bed bug, and mosquito control services and training others in the Terminix Way

Essential Job Functions

Deliver timely, safe and effective pest, termite, bed bug, and mosquito control service for each established and new customers on assigned route
Complete quarterly/annual Healthy Home inspections to ensure continued service efficacy and identify/document any concerning condition
Advise customers of service work completed, summarize concerning conditions, relate recommended solutions/benefits, gain commitment, and collaborate with other team members on needed follow-up
Maintain safe and clean vehicle/equipment, and ensure sufficient quantities of product to meet route service needs
Maintain proactive route schedule management, partnering with management and branch support center as needed for any scheduling interventions
Conduct classroom/field training to enable growth/development of apprentice technicians and support branch/market priorities

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
A minimum of one year of service with Terminix
Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate
Ability to present information in both internal and external settings
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to follow mixing instructions on product labels
Maintains licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, or local regulations
Maintains valid driver’s license
