Car Sales Associates must be willing to:

* Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.

* Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.

* Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles.

* Be committed to customer service before and after the sale.

* Maintain consistent contact with clients with email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.

* Present pricing options and be comfortable negotiating price.

Job Requirements for Car Sales Associates:

* Outstanding computer/internet and phone skills.

* Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.

* Self starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.

* Valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

* Sales or related commission based experience.

* Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background screening.
