Job Description:
Applies expertise and strategic focus needed to conduct complex operational analyses and leads medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving findings to be presented to senior management, conducting statistical analyses, and coordinating with other business units regarding initiatives. Responsible for directing, mentoring and coaching the lower level analysts. Bachelors degree preferred plus 8 or more years related experience.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in AWS Amazon Connect Lex and a strong background in Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of IVR systems using AWS services.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on IVR systems.
Strong expertise in AWS Amazon Connect Lex and related AWS services.
Solid understanding of Contact Center operations and solutions.
Experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Proficiency in working with development teams to implement and optimize IVR solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in AWS or related technologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
Knowledge of other IVR platforms and Contact Center solutions.
Proven track record of delivering successful IVR projects in a fast-paced environment.
