SUMMARY:
The Brand Merchandise Manager will oversee the holistic brand merchandise program, managing it across all company locations and the online store. Reporting to the Events and Experiences team within the Marketing organization, this role is crucial for building the Andersen brand for employees, customers, and partners through branded merchandise and company store experiences. This position supports a culture of employee pride and engagement by making Andersen branded merchandise desirable and accessible, working closely with brand, marketing, and event teams to enhance brand connection and leverage customer service, merchandising, and retail expertise.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage company branded merchandise program and employee shopping experience across Andersen locations, including on-site staffing presence for the Bayport and CAO strategic corporate locations. Program management includes ordering, merchandising, pricing, inventory, special offers, and store experience.
- Manage the brand merchandise suppliers and vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency, high-quality service, and that all merchandise produced aligns with brand standards and employee expectations.
- Oversee the brand store experience across Andersen company locations through online ordering, kiosks, new stores, and other strategies to enhance brand merchandise access.
- Develop and manage the budget for the merchandise program, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Collect employee feedback to continuously improve the merchandise offerings and shopping experience.
- Support Andersen additional administrative event and experience needs at the request of the events and experiences or marketing leadership.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Manage relationship with external branded merchandise suppliers.
- Provide indirect direction to staff managing company stores and employee experience events/initiatives at non-corporate headquarters locations where relevant.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
- Two years' experience in retail management and buying.
- Experience with point-of-sale technology and system operations.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $61,760.00 to $92,640.00

In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
