Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warranty processes, particularly within the automotive industry, and will be responsible for providing warranty support and guidance to Technicians, Advisors, and Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit all warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Offer warranty support and guidance to Technicians, Advisors, and Management to ensure compliance with warranty policies.
- Review and analyze warranty claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized records of all warranty claims and communications.
- Collaborate with the service team to resolve warranty-related issues and improve processes.
- Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies and procedures, particularly for Ford vehicles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of Ford warranty processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with CDK software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
