About the Role:

• We are seeking an expert with 10+ years of in-depth hands-on experience in technology to support large enterprise clients.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, messaging and collaboration tools, experience management, desktop engineering, network infrastructure, security, and cloud services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-user computing technologies including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, image management, application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), Citrix, and AVD.
• Proficient in messaging and collaboration tools such as MS Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Zoom, and Webex.
• Knowledge of experience management and desktop engineering. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services.
• Exposure in migration of devices from one platform to another (Workspace One to Intune).

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in technology and messaging tools are a plus.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in technology support.
