Job Description
The Global Process Owner (GPO) - Finance Master Data will be responsible for leading and managing the master data processes forthe Human Healthdivision of the company, which operates using the Atlas ERP SAP system. The primary focus will be on ensuring data integrity, standardization, and governance across the globalHuman Healthbusiness. This individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to streamline and optimize master data processes and initiatives to support business objectives, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of master data management (MDM) strategies and governance frameworks for theHuman Healthdivision
Define and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures for master data entry, maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure consistency and accuracy in data across the ERP SAP system
Collaborate with global stakeholders, business units, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement and standardization of master data processes and procedures in alignment with business requirements
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) forCOMETERP SAP master data management, providing guidance and support to regional teams and business users
Oversee the development and execution of data migration strategies and integration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and data quality during system upgrades or migrations
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy laws for master data management within theHuman Healthdivision
Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate end-users and stakeholders on master data management best practices and governance
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree inAccounting/Finance,Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
5+ yearsexperience in master data management or comparable experience in Finance, particularly within a pharmaceutical or animal health industryrequired.
In-depth knowledgeof COMETERP SAP system and its master data module.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and MDM principles and best practices.
An understanding of the end to end AtR process from ERP to above market would be preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Results-driven, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
Collaboration and English fluency (verbal and written).
