Role/Responsibilities:
We are hiring for an Associate Data Management Analyst who will be responsible for working in the Data Quality team as part of the Data Estate to analyze data sets, create and maintain quality control rules.
- Write and execute quality control tests
- Analyze the results of the basic tests that you have performed
- Use simple queries to create test data and analyze results
- Collect story level requirements from various sources (data teams, existing documentation, discussion meetings, emails, etc.)
- Write and maintain documentation detailing the various QC checks performed
- Communicate with developers to transfer requirements to related developers if needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify story level requirement.
- Execute basic automated tests under guidance of Test Automation team members.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Undergraduate degree (e.g. Bachelor's) with an emphasis in computer science, information system, financial engineering, math, programming or related quantitative field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internship, prior work experience or coursework
- Basic understanding of programming (e.g. Python)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic database skills
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts
- Experience in working with large/complex data sets preferred
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $65,00 to $94,250, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
