Full Job Description
The Assembler 1-4 (Second Shift) is responsible for assembling components and equipment with precision, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Second Shift (Monday through Thursday 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM)
  • Perform assembly tasks following high-specification drawings and work instructions.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills to keep workstations clean and orderly.
  • Utilize hand and power tools with precision and efficiency.
  • Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies.
  • Train and support team members as needed.
  • Complete tasks within designated deadlines, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Technical Training: Certified vocational degrees preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in assembly or a related field.
  • Certifications: Lean training/certification preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong understanding of high-spec assembly drawings.
    • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
    • Comprehension of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to sit, stand, reach, and walk for extended periods on a concrete surface.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
    • Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate tools and machinery.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
    • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
