As part of the Capital Markets division within Truist Securities, Inc., the Asset Securitization Group (ASG) provides structured debt capital solutions to clients of Truist Bank across a range of consumer, commercial and esoteric asset classes. Within its commercial asset class practice, ASG agents and syndicates credit facilities, in securitization format, backed by pools of middle market corporate loans originated by private credit funds and asset managers. Analysts on the ASG Originations team are actively involved in executing and syndicating MML facilities, drafting credit committee screens for new facilities and developing pitch materials for new and existing clients. ASG collaborates with internal partners including Banking, Risk, Operations, and Legal to achieve seamless execution, appropriate risk mitigation and strong client experience.

1. Works closely with senior CIB professionals.
