This role is available in our Washington DC, Charlotte, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Chicago, and Dallas offices. Responsibilities:- Oversees and evaluates AI use cases to ensure alignment with the firm's AI strategy, while considering technical feasibility and limitations to deliver recommendations, feedback, and metrics.
- Monitors and improves AI processes, including testing, process mapping, performance evaluation, and addresses how AI tools integrate into the firm's systems.
- Manages AI pilot programs, including onboarding/offboarding, license management, policy compliance, and connecting users to training resources.
- Researches and assesses AI tools, analyzing functionality, technical feasibility, and compatibility with firm systems to guide adoption and implementation strategies.
- Collaborates with attorneys, vendors, and IT to address technical issues proactively, effectively project manage and resolve challenges, and document use case successes, limitations, and organizational needs.
- Anticipates and addresses potential technical challenges around attorney use cases.
- Develops and executes strategies for driving tool adoption, addressing technical barriers and user experience challenges. Maintains training and guidance resources, incorporating technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.Facilitates the continuous improvement of training techniques based on lessons learned.
- Researches and assesses AI tools, analyzing functionality, technical feasibility, and compatibility with firm systems to guide adoption and implementation strategies.
- Prepares summaries, reports, and documentation to support team decisions, track progress, and respond to client inquiries.
- College degree or relative work experience.
- 4+ years of experience working with attorneys and familiarity with legal processes, tools, and databases.
- 2+ years of experience in AI, and its applications in the legal field.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships across organizational boundaries, to include the IT department, legal groups, general counsel and other administrative teams.

- Ability to work under high pressure with tight schedules and deadlines.
- Ability to travel or work evenings and weekends when necessary.
