Recruiting AssistantReporting directly to the Sr. Talent Recruitment Manager, the candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment. The role requires planning, organizing, problem solving, timely follow-up and strategic thinking. This role involves creating, maintaining, and analyzing data through Excel, as well as generating reports to support the organization's operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data management, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Generating and maintaining required recruiting reports requested by upper management.
- Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets for various projects and departments
- Responsible for keeping ads with compliance laws in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Post positions to appropriate association pages and college boards.
- Maintain internal integrity of the data in the Applicant Tracking System
- Comfortable with heavy data entry to include excel documents.
- Assist with updating the ATS system projects as needed.
- Assist with New Hire Leadership Orientation, as needed.
- Assisting the Recruiter and hiring managers with recruitment operations.
- Maintain a master spreadsheet with recruiting information, ie qualifications, special certifications, etc.
- Assist with continual updating of processes for recruiting and ATS system.
- Ability to become subject matter expert on Jobvite (ATS System).
- Staying current on company's organizational structure and personnel policies;
- Supporting other recruiting-related administrative tasks and special projects as necessary
- Engaging with organization and HR team on special projects
- Other duties assigned.
- High School degree or G.E.D. equivalent
- 1 year prior internship or work experience in an office setting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with information.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Team player with a willingness to collaborate and assist others.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess professionally oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable with heavy data entry
- Strong Excel, basic Access and Microsoft office software skills
- Meet every request with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Proficient with computer applications, technology and web-based applications
- Ability to effectively present information to and field questions from stakeholders, managers, and candidates;
- Demonstrated time management skills and acute attention to detail;
- Satisfactory drug screen.
