Job Summary
The University of Michigan School of Kinesiology invites well-qualified applicants for our new Administrative Assistant, Dean's Suite position. Reporting to the Senior Assistant to the Dean, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, administrative support, and human resources support to students, guests, and employees.
The general salary range for this position is $47,000 - $53,000, with eligibility to participate in the school's 2025 merit program. An offer may be extended outside of this range based on equity, experience, knowledge, and skills for the position. You are encouraged to discuss salary questions to honor understanding and transparency throughout the recruiting process. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
This is a full-time, onsite position. The workplace is the U-M School of Kinesiology, located at 830 N University Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48109. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; there will be dean's suite events and meetings that will require earlier arrivals (as early as 7:00am) and later departures (as late as 5:30pm).
