We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Assistant with Epicor ERP experience to support daily and monthly financial operations within our Aerospace Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will assist in financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and other essential accounting functions to ensure smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Utilize Epicor ERP for financial data entry, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Address finance-related inquiries and support audits as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably Aerospace.
• Proficiency in Epicor ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing finance operations.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation details: 38-43 Hourly Wage
