The Account Manageris responsible for partnering with our customer to strategize the right business offerings for both new and existing programs. This role will focus on fulfillment services, while also partnering with production and sales teams. The Account Manager will foster a strong customer relationship to understand the customer's need and translate to the best solution. This position will warrant travel and/or relocation based on client location and business need.
This position is on-site in office at our West Allis, WI location and will also warrant travel 1 to 2 times per month to our client location dependent upon business need.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build relationships to understand customer's business model and specifications; partnering to win, renew and/or expand existing business
- Own new store opening signage including testing new options, creating shipment lists and tracking key milestones
- Maintain store profiles, print specs, sign library, inventory catalog and other system data
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate quick turn production programs
- Coordinate needs of multiple external business partners to successfully execute streamlined campaigns and projects
- Collaborate with client and internal business partners to create efficient process flows
- All other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis
Education:High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
- Print Industry, Inventory Management, and/or Retail experience preferred
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and maintain organization in a quick, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
