Northrop Grumman is seeking Supplier Quality Analysts. This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Plymouth, MN, or Mesa AZ.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Armament Systems team within our Weapon Systems Division.
Basic Qualifications:
This requisition may be filled at either a level 1 or a level 2. Basic qualifications for a Supplier Quality Analyst 1 are a Bachelor's Degree. Basic qualifications for a Supplier Quality Analyst 2 are a Master's Degree.
A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
• Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from an accredited institution
• Be majoring in or having majored in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management or related
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
Salary - Plymouth MN
Level 1: $64,200 - $96,400
Level 2: $77,600 - $116,400
Salary - Mesa, AZ
Level 1: $58,200 - $87,200
Level 2: $70,200 - $105,400

Salary Range: $58,200 - $96,400
Salary Range 2: $64,200 - $116,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
