LEAP is Fidelity's learner-centered 12-week technology program crafted to prepare new talent to become leading technologists. Upon completion of the program, you will join one of our diverse technology organizations supporting various business initiatives. This is an opportunity to showcase your talents in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while achieving group goals and continuing to enhance your knowledge while learning new technologies.

THE SKILLS YOU BRING

  • Recent completion or in current pursuit of a Computer Science bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
  • Understanding of Network administration, infrastructure, systems architecture, and administration is encouraged.
  • Experience with Perl, Python, C#, C++, Java.
  • Experience with Cloud computing and CI/CD Pipelines.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle principles.
  • Outstanding problem-solving ability and analytical skills.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

The LEAP program is crafted to reinforce a culture of continuous development through high-impact learning experiences. As a Systems Engineer you will be responsible for designing, de-bugging, and managing manual & automated deployments. You will work closely with business partners to support internal & external applications and drive platform for system efficiencies. You will expand your skills within a broad spectrum of infrastructure and engineering topics including systems architecture and administration, cloud computing, networks, information technologies, database technologies, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
